In my opinion the biggest problem with many fitness enthusiasts is learning that word up there 👆🏼.
Too many people get so caught up in looking a certain way they refuse to hang out with friends & family, refuse to eat anything off their plan and will spend insane amount of time in a gym facility going after your goals.
Yes, ambition and being consistent are huge to reaching goals but one thing I've learned from competing is that in the end it doesn't lead to happiness.
Why do we try and get fit in the first place? For most of us its to feel better and be able to do things you couldnt before, get healthier to be with family longer.. etc BUT instead of al that you put yourself through extremes causing worse health, avoiding people because you are only focused on yourself and the gym and you develop eating disorders.. this is just some of the issues.
AND.. this is where I come in. I can 100% say i've been there.. I've been unhealthy and done things to the extreme. It didn't come over night where I learned to balance my fitness lifestyle with the real world but it only took a few minor changes.

Unknown ❤️ After a few weeks of being sick, I'm finally back to 100%! It felt great to get out for a run with the sun ☀️ shining & less layers of clothing! Happiness!

I'm asked a lot about what I'm working on now that winter is over. Well, I can take a little breather and make a few things for myself. I made this throw a few years ago, and it's the best napping blanket 🙌💙 That said, I'm still making fall/winter wear in preparation, as well as filling wholesale orders. Are you someone or do you know someone interested in some fun winter knitwear for '17/'18? I'd love to hear from you 😊
