DEBUNKING #RELIGION AND REALISING THE #SOURCE
Today is an auspicious day on the #Hindu calendar. Shivratri. Many #believe#Hinduism has lots of #gods . Actually this is not true. There is only #ONE . Just like how you use whatsapp, mail, snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, for communication, doesn't make one right and the others wrong ;) . And are you talking TO your phone or computer or THROUGH it? In all the religions of the world there are #avatars , ascended #masters , buddhas, #prophets , saviours. These #PEOPLE were manifestations of #divine#truth , and they ALL said, I AM the truth, the path, the #light , etc. So we happened to be born into a household that follows one of these. Then we have become fanatic and conditioned by personifying their grace and teachings, which is in fact much greater than their physicality. And then how much of it do we practice? Compared to how much we argue about about how our ONE is right? They were respected, glorified and adored messengers of a place, time, and community, created for that time and circumstance, to spread truth. We get caught up in language meaning #ego and non acceptance. How are we so sure All the names we pray to are not the same principle with different names, masqued by language barriers?
What is this #divinity or #consciousness or clarity and #perfection that enlivened and enabled the godliness in them? Who's message did they preach?Where did it come from? In Sanskrit the word is Shiva. Contrary to belief, Shiva was not a person. IT is a name for the #eternal , all permeating, enlivening factor and substratum, #cosmic energy, #consciousness , #charged#electrons and everything in and around us, in the #elements , #nature , where inspiration arises, where we take refuge, that which we do not fully understand, but gain strength from. This charged space,is more than we can ever imagine.
It is not in the heavens, judgmental, discriminatory or inaccessible. It is all around us and operates regardless of our acknowledgement or acceptance- and some call it #God ;) For those who take time to truly know this, you will see and #create#magic wherever you go. Sooo.. I skipped my regular workout to take a nap. I was really tired today. I had so much to do today though, I decided I would just make today a rest day. Then, I was working on homework, feeling low in energy, and decided to get off my butt and do a 20 minute workout through my computer! Let's just say I was energized, productive, and so much happier after. Remember that when you're avoiding your workout.. you're avoiding feeling good.. you're avoiding having more energy.. you're avoiding happiness.. is that what ya want? 💕 #differentwayofthinking
Our health always seems much more valuable after we lose it. How many of you have either lost a loved one recently or have a loved one extremely sick? I can bet that you would do almost anything to help them get better or come back. The best treatment. The best care. The best solutions.
Picture yourselves in their shoes. I can imagine they hate to see you suffer because of them. I can imagine they wish they had done something different when they were younger to combat what they and you are dealing with now. I feel like we know this.
But what's crazy to me is we won't make healthy decisions for ourselves now. Again, picture you hurting a loved one because you didn't take care of yourself when you were younger. You didn't walk or move enough. You didn't feed your body what it needs. And why? Because of instant gratification. You didn't imagine being sick. You didn't imagine that disregarding your health was going to hurt your loved ones. But remember, it is. Health is no longer just about you. It's about you and those you care about. Think of that the next time you put sugar into your body. Or the next time you get 4 hours of sleep all week. Or the next time you're sitting on the couch after work. You're taking enjoyable years off your life. Think of others. Be healthy for all of your loved ones. We're all in this together. 💕
Some ladies want to gain muscle. Some don't. Some ladies want abs. Some want soft curves. For me, whatever I want for myself doesn't mean I want that exact thing for you. I want whatever you strive for. Pick your goals based on what will make you happy. If you want to lose a little but still hold on to that curve, go you!!! If you want to hit it hardcore and be a woman beast, go you! If you're happy just where you're at and you're living life to the fullest, more power to ya! But make your goals based on what will make YOU happy.. not based on all the pictures on Instagram.. or the airbrushed photos in magazines. Let's find what you want and go after it full force! It's time to focus on you and your best self, whatever size, shape, or weight that is! 🙌🏽
