Whew, am I struggling today with being sick.
6 am- up with my boyfriend
7 am- say bye to the BF and go back to bed
8 am- morning meeting with success partner
8:45 am- back into bed
11 am- up, working, and finally eating
1:00 pm-bath time to take away the body ache
3:00 pm- back to work
5:00 pm- waiting not at all patiently for the BF to get back
All the while, feeling like 💩💩. What do I want you to take away from my day?
We're all busy.
We all get sick.
We all struggle.
But if you want something.. and I mean want it with all of your being, you'll make time for it.
And that is what I did today.. yes maybe half dazed with a pile of Kleenex surrounding me (literally) but loving every minute of it.
No more excuses. Just go for your dreams and never let anything hold you back.
Yo won't believe the trouble I went through just to take this picture..i was 2 inches away from doing time I swear..I was charged with Robin a car and stayed about half a day in the police station...I didn't even touched the damn car ..I still don't even know what damn car it was 😂😂😂
had a nice day though ...

This is an EYE OPENER!! I can relate to a few of these prior to starting Plexus... SYMPTOMS of Blood Sugar Imbalance
Feeling tired is a hallmark symptom of blood sugar imbalance and particularly so when it occurs after eating (aka 2PM crash). If it's bad enough that you can't hold your eyes open after you eat thats a sure sign of dysregulation of your insulin which normally lowers your blood sugar.
Especially for sweets and especially after you eat. Another strong sign of poorly regulated blood sugar.
3. Feeling #SUPER#CHARGED after eating.
As much as we think that our food should give us energy it actually should do nothing but satisfy hunger and maintain the energy you already have. That supercharged feeling after eating can be a symptom of low blood sugar prior to eating. (I'm not counting the effect of caffeine here). 4. Poor #FOCUS or #ATTENTION
When you notice that you can't continue to focus on what you are doing especially when it involves listening to someone, this can be a classic sign of failing blood sugar. Irritability, extreme sadness or frustration can accompany this.
5. #LITTLE or no #APPETITE Another hallmark of elevated blood sugar. Not everyone gets this but it is most prevalent among those who eat dinner too late or snack after dinner.
Can you relate to any of these? You don't have to have them all, even just ONE of these indicators is a clue that your blood sugar needs an overhaul! In order to truly fix a blood sugar regulation problem (in particular, one that may be a long-standing issue or perhaps one that has strong genetic or cultural forces behind it), you have to understand the mechanics of how glucose and insulin work in your body and how you can optimize their function!
Plexus slim - it's a game changer!
