I Freakin needed the stress relief! It's like free therapy! What I love it I started out not being able to do 1 push-up on my knees. And I couldn't run 200 yards without a break! Consistency, determination and goals! 💥
While not every day can be a great day when you're five, or even when you're forty-five, I've spent the morning giving praise for an enthusiastic helper this morning. During our family's turn at church cleaning and helping out with some early garden prep, my helper had been a delight and an encouragement to me as a parent. When I'm having a good day as a mom, I want to multiply the blessing by sharing about it. On top of that, I'm spoiled by this beautiful weather.
