Please be respectful to any service provider. 24 hour cancellation policy is standard. Although we realize that last minute circumstances do arise (with service providers AND/OR the customer), it should not become a habit. When failing to give notice, the customer leaves a service provider with zero opportunity to fill that appointment. That ultimately results in that service provider not getting paid even though they were prepared to complete the service the customer had requested. Most company's have implemented a "no show-no call" fee that will be charged to your credit card only if you made zero attempt to contact the facility or service provider. If you have a GIFT CARD with that company and you "no show-no call", that gift card will be used to pay for that service. If you become a habitual "no show client".... some facilities will no longer offer their services to you or request that your future appointments be paid in full the day you are reserving them. It is important to remember that time is valuable to everyone.
