The start to my summer: Just finished cleaning my classroom ✅ran to the clinic to get some blood work done ✅ get into my car ready to start the long weekend and... my car key BREAKS off into my ignition. 😲 So, while waiting for AAA, I decided why not whip out my laptop I so conveniently have with me, connect to the free wifi and work my business in the parking lot in the beautiful sunshine?! 😂 #girlboss#choosehappiness#summerbreak
The last thing I want to do right now is workout... What I really want to do is take a nap before the show tonight. I want to go crawl in the bed and SLEEP!
But that's not going to get me to my goals. That's not going to give me an energy boost (well okay it might a little). That's not going to get my heart pumping and my blood going. That's not going to release endorphins to put me in a better mood and make me feel good knowing I did something good for my body today.
The reality is, you have to do things you really don't want to do if you want to make a change, if you want to see change. So I'm throwing the excuse that I'm tired out of my head. It's not welcome here anymore.
I'm going to pick myself up off this floor, chug the rest of my energize, and press play! In 25 minutes it will be over and I'll feel 10x's better and I know it!
