I know I'm not that muscular, but I want to make a change for myself. I always was very skinny and that was hard to face for me. I started with the gym in 2015 and had no fun with it, took the person which I liked most with me at that time, still had no fun with fitness. I always skipped the gym from 2015 (I was like 10 to 20 times in the gym) til December 2016. I watched several motivation videos on YouTube from @mckenna_dylan and from my biggest motivators @schmale_schulter and @roadtogloryjilsai. From the end of December 2016 to now on I ate more, made better decisions what I have to do in Training. I didn't gain that much weight. Started with 67kg/148lbs and gained up to now 72,5kg/159lbs. Good amount for me in the last ~5months. Not that much fat, more muscles. My mates and colleagues helped me with information.
All I want to say, it takes time to see some results. You get them by hard work and a lot of time. I always was thinking "Man, why am I not growing?", but now I got the answer for it and am accepting it.
I'm always giving my best at the gym and trying to eat more, cleaner and trying to get bigger.
It's all a question of, how much time do you want to train, how hard will you go! Never forget, you have to set prioritys.
I want to gain up to 80kg this year, maybe even 82-83kg. Always set some goals by yourself! :-) Do not compete with others, just take an example on them and try to be as good as they're.
My name is janbam31 and this is who I am! :D
