It's not always about the perfect workout.
Some days it's just about getting it done.
I didn't get every rep.
I didn't use my heaviest weights.
I'll be honest, I didn't even LIKE working out tonight.
BUT I still killed it and pushed myself as hard as I could - finishing off with a good stretch session because my body needed it today.
This week is going to be all about recovery and slowly getting back into the swing of my normal routine after being sick for so long.
