After reading the book and watching the series, I've kind of come to the conclusion that the message '13 Reasons Why' gives out isn't healthy for younger viewers. Think about it, a young girl who, instead of reaching out for help, leaves tapes behind blaming people for her death [which, as harsh as it may sound, she is responsible for. No one else]. I've seen teenagers, typically around the age of 13-15, somewhat romanticising the way Hannah left behind tapes. It's giving young viewers ideas and I don't think it's entirely safe for some people to watch the show.
