✌ It pisses them off WAY more 😉
I ran into a situation this weekend while trying to be a nice person, and was reminded to handle unkind people with compassion.
We don't know peoples stories, her "argument" was that she had to get to her family (but through her actions didnt seem to be important-or true). Still, through my whole encounter with her I went above & beyond to appease her and MOVE ON...she continued to "drag it out" & waste my time...and I'm STILL smiling 😁
She went back to the life, that at around the age of 60, had left her unhappy, threatening strangers, and ranting needlessly during a simple circumstance.
And I went back to an amazing concert, loving husband, gorgeous beach, and a heart full of gratitude knowing I'm not going to grow up to be like her 😜
Day Four ............
Chamomile's botanical name Matricaria is derived from the Latin Word Matrix, meaning mother or womb, underlining it's early use as a herb for women's conditions. Chamomile can help with the pain of menstrual cramping and childbirth, vomiting in pregnancy, menopausal symptoms and mastitis to name a few. Chamomile is antispasmodic, muscle relaxant and analgesic. For menstrual pain relief try making a very strong chamomile tea. I prefer to use loose dried flower heads but tea bags of good quality chamomile can be used as well. Using 3-4 teaspoons of chamomile or 3-4 teabags per cup of water. Add the chamomile to freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 2hrs. This tea will be dark yellow and have a much more bitter taste than the usual sweet light yellow tea we all know. However the therapeutic effect is more powerful. Drink a cup of this tea 2-3 time through out the day for relief.
Warning: if you are allergic to ragweed, chrysanthemum, daisies or marigolds then please avoid this plant and consult your local herbalist for an alternative.
Happy Tea Brewing 🌼💫
HOLY, I was not good with my nutrition this past weekend! I had huge breakfasts, pizza, cupcakes, chips, wine, FAST FOOD?! But I had an amazingggg birthday weekend and don't regret a little splurging!😛 This photo is from a beautiful day at the lake on Sunday, after eating all kinds of food I wouldn’t normally eat that morning and the day before. The reminder here is that no one is perfect with their nutrition all the time or 100% with every workout! No one walks around flexing or with abs 24/7! What you see on social media is usually people posed and flexed at the best angles with the best lighting. Unless someone is die hard with their fitness and nutrition, everyone bloats depending on what they eat, everyone has off days and has their ups and downs. The most important thing is that we love ourselves and are living our healthiest and happiest lives that we enjoy living! Stop comparing yourself to other’s perfectly flexed and posed photos on social media and remember that we are all human. Social media is only a snapshot of our lives and most people only share what they want you to see. Our only competition should be ourselves and to work toward being the happiest and healthiest that we can be!💕
